I called to return the hearing aids, no answer. Soon your representative called me to see what I needed. I told her, she was VERY NICE AND MOST POLITE and gave me the info for returning. Thank you!! YOU ARE LEGIT, I am sorry they did not work for me.

My Mom (84) lost one of her hearing aids while in rehab. She had lost one outside in the past. Every one I have had contact with has been incredibly helpful, professional and efficient in replacing and answering any questions. The hearing aids themselves work great.

Hearing aids work just fine and after paying $5000 for my other ones in 2009 buy I didnt wear them for a few years but they quit on me recently and I bought the Atoms for a little over #100 and have been weraing them and enjoying them

Purchased the Audien Pro 08/2022. They quit working 06/2023. After much discussion, Ahmed (chatbot) created an order to replace them on 08/24/2023. The “package” was delivered on 09/02/2023. Included in the “package” was a charger plug, cable and a charger case…NO HEARING AIDS! I don’t have a working pair of AtomPro hearing aids and my prospects don’t look good. UPDATE Received my replacement hearing aids. While I wasn’t asking for a whole new package, they sent me everything I needed to improve my hearing. The replacements came way before I expected and when I inserted them, it was like the first time I had used them. My original rating was based on the unsatisfactory support process but now I am back to being a satisfied customer. Need to change my review to 5 stars. Thank you. UPDATE TO UPDATE Just received an apology from Liz at Audien who checked to make sure the replacements were satisfactory.Yes they are! As a matter offact I’m getting an upgrade to the new ones and I can’t wait. AWESOM job. 5 Stars.
