This hearing aid been great. I had to turn it way down and it still works great. I have one problem I lost one. Lol so I have a warranty if they could send me a replacement. I’m not sure who to contact. Thank you very much.

By purchasing the Audien hearing aid I can now actually hear what someone is saying.I am not deaf, but had trouble making out the words people were saying. Now I can clearly hear words. I am so glad I purchased this. Customer service was great when I had a small problem. I would highly recommend Audien hearing aids. Mine was the Atom, and a great price. All I can say it thank you Audien.

I purchased the Audien hearing aids for my Dad and he has enjoyed them. He told me that they make it so he can hear everyone in the family when they talk. We did have a bit of a hicup, the aids would not charge, this is after a year of use. I went onto the website wentt onto contact us, and within a minute I received a call and the representative verified my address and put through a replacement set and we received them and all is great. This company stands behind there product and that in it's self is a rare find.

Liked them right away but one of them stopped working properly. I called customer service explained my issue I was told to send in the one that quit working and another would be sent out. Before I could mail mine out I had an e-mail stating a new one was in the process of being mailed out. Great customer service.

to be able to hear again made my life better as well as my family.i did not realize how loud everyone had to speak for me to understand them.i am very satisfied with both pairs i purchased from your company.

I love my hearing aids and the lady that helped me with mine she was so nice. She knew a lot about the hearing test, She said I had 45% loss in both ears.. I can hear so much better..

I tried the Atom Pro they were a little too large. Sent them back and got the Atom 2. They are great
