Delivery was received as promised. These hearing aids are absolutely remarkable. Family & friends are so pleased that I can now include myself in conversations.

I waiting for the customer service person to check on policies. My call was dropped. I don’t know if the customer service person came back. However, they did not return a call to me. I returned a call to them, and at that point, I immediately was able to get the answer to my question, which was with returning, my first order due to the earpiece being too large so I could not get it into my ear properly I had paid for an annual warranty which did not get transferred when I had previously contacted the company and we switched models for me. This consultant assured me that they would be transferring that warranty onto my replacement hearing aids. She asked me if I would like an email confirmation of that transaction which I said I would. I received that email confirmation almost immediately. There were no other issues at this time.

I first purchased a pair of the Atom Pro hearing aids about two months ago. I am on Medicare and a new pair through Cigna's plan would have cost me $1900 out of pocket while Cigna would have paid $2500. I looked at what Audien Hearing had along with the price and bought a paid. Then, two months later Audien Hearing came out with the Atom Pro 2 - smaller and more versatile. And, they're great.

It was easy for me to exchange the original order for another model

I am currently wearing the Atom Pro hearing aids. I tried the AtomPro 2 hearing aids but unfortunately they did not work for me. I am happy with the Atom Pro hearing aids.

Hearing aids did not work for me, but Audien did exactly what they said they would do, that is, return my money upon return of the items they had delivered to me. a

Customer service is great. They’re really trying hard to help me find the right device!
