While my Dad was in the hospital I began researching otc hearing aids and these were very impressive in that they use to be rx only. That along with the reasonable price made me try them. I could hear immediately and it took me a while to find the right fit for each ear but never needed to chat. The only thing for me is I can lose them while working out, next time I will get something that hooks around the ear.

I'm so appreciative of this new technology. These earpieces are not amplifiers. They just boost people's voices, nature's noises, technical sounds and little children voices. I am a horseback riding instructor. I have little children with little voices talking back to me & answering questions way down at the end of the riding ring.I can't tell if the hearing aids are working well until I think about how many times I did not say: what? What did you say? Would you repeat that again please? I don't feel stupid anymore because I was asking for the fourth time what somebody said. That's how I know they are working. They are so natural that I truly have to think about if I am wearing them. I love the battery case. It's so easy for them to charge and also for me to hook it up to the charger and charge them. I will never go back to not wearing them. Every day that goes by they are becoming part of my ears. One funny story: I got out of my car that was parked in the barn's parking lot. I heard this crunch crunch crunch and I couldn't figure out what that sound was until I looked down and discovered it was me stepping on the dirt parking lot that was making the crunching noise. I had not heard a dirt road under my feet for years. Thank you for a great product.

Customer service great. Lost the hearing aids in the second week and replacement was as advertised. The getting accustomed to the aids is not so great. Following the instructions to the letter but so far the result is poor. Itching in my ear, excessive background noise and very little improvement in my hearing. Only in to the 2nd week of use so I hoping for improvement.

My situation was quickly resolved and arrangements were made to replace my aids. All arrangements were made quickly and very professionally. Thank you.
