The people I dealt with on the phone were kind understanding and very helpful I’m sorry I didn’t write my review earlier.. I believe people make a company as good or as bad as it is going to be an Audi and has some great people working for them and they do provide wonderful service to customers thank you

the first order came quickly, and packaged well. The problem was with one of the hearing aids, it ceased to charge and therefore work. A new pair was issued, which just barely fit my ears and sound wise they are a big help, but understanding what I hear is a big problem.....not understandable. I would like to return them, but I think it is too late.

Customer service was very helpful. The product was received in a timely manner. Added plus, the price was affordable.

Ordering was quick and easy. Shipment was good, they arrived early. I had a problem with the volume of one of them. They were replaced quickly and return of the defective one was easy. I love them, it has taken me some time to adjust to hearing so many things now. Sometimes I take them out so I can have some more quiet time.

I had ordered these hoping it would be helpful for my situation. Unfortunately my hearing loss has turned out to be permanent. Customer service was very helpful in helping me return my order.

Great product and customer service. I’m happy with the Atom Pro 2, slightly smaller and better for my ear shape. Still adjusting as it takes time and getting used to, but so far I’m happy with the results. I recommend. Thank you.
