The Atom Pro 2 is better than I could have hoped. The earlier version was very good but Pro 2s fit better, adjust more precisely, and make me forget that I am wearing them. The price is right and the upgrade option made them irresistible. Top notch!

I called Customer Service to ask a question, I wanted to know if they had smaller size hearing aids as the first pair didn’t fit my ears! I loved them but one fell out in my hand at home! The person said they did so I was given an upgrade to smaller ones that Im excited to recieve! Other than being too big I loved the sound I was getting and the ability to talk with my husband and not say “what did you say!” was awesome!

Got a very quick response.

Ordered aids. Had an issue with sound. ENT and hearing appointments concluded a vaccination I just received caused a form of tinnitus and the aids would not work for me. This was a myself issue, not Audien's product. I requested and received a label to return them and got an immediate refund. After more checking by my doctors, I am hoping to be able to buy from Audien for the actual hearing aid I need for my level of hearing loss. My experience with Audien was one of cooperation and understanding.
