My husband is severely hearing impaired, and we first went the route of the $5000 set of hearing aids from the audiologist. When one of them was lost, I purchased him a pair of Audien Hearing Aids, and he's happier with them than the ones that cost several thousand dollars. Over the past several years I have purchased several pairs of Audien hearing aids, so we always have a back-up pair. Our most recent purchase was the 2.0....which are smaller and have even better sound quality. The price is very affordable, even with being on a limited income. Customer service is great, and they make sure all your questions are answered. We want to thank you for giving him back his hearing.

This experience has been enlightening and rewarding. My first call was about seemingly delayed delivery. After talking with the representative and he/she researched it, I was told about a delay and when to expect the package. Instructions were to call again if this second date for delivery is late. The representative was attentive, courteous, and professional. My nerves were relaxed with the reassurance I received. After two weeks of trial, I was still experiencing a problem with adjusting the sound, especially for TV. My second call was as pleasant as the first call; my problem was explained. Sometimes a little more practice and adjusting is required. Simple suggestions were made and I am trying them. Patience is a virtue and perhaps I was too anxious. The Audien Atom Pro 2 is comfortable and the hearing is very good. I am still practicing with the volume; I will conquer that or call again for more assistance. The price was an amount I could manage. The product has made a major difference with conversational hearing and TV. So far I am very pleased with the purchase.
