What i found was that Audien folks are truly only interested in making your hearing better with their products. The staff has gone above and beyond to try to help me use their hearing aids. unfortunately, after trying different models, I determined that my ear canals and just shaped in such a way that tier product design will not work. They immediately allowed me to return the latest model and will give me a full refund. They have been wonderful all along this goal to help me hear better.

My atom pro2 aids are the best for the price. They boost my hearing to a new level. If you need support thay are very quick to respond and work with you until the problem or question is resolved. I would recommend Audien for your hearing needs.

Didn’t really talk to anyone it was a email but she was very helpful with my issues and sent me a return label and gave me a discount on another hearing aid so thanks for y’all quick response in this matter god bless hopefully the replacement is going to work for me

I ordered the Audien Atom Pro and it was to big for my ears so I sent it back and ordered the Atom Pro 2 which is 28% smaller. I'm trying to get used to wearing a hearing aid but so far I've been able to wear it all day and it gets rid of the ringing (tinnitus) in my left ear. I especially like that you can change the volume right on the hearing aid itself. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on hearing aids because it's not that I can't hear but the hearing aid HAS helped get rid of the ringing in my left ear. Audien's customer service is top rate. I have an issue with very small ear canals but the representative continued to help me and suggested I try the 'overtheear' aid which I did eventually agree to. I now have these aids and they have proved most satisfactory and I am delighted with the help and assistance I received from the representative. Thank you

Great customer service. After about six months of great service I noticed that one of my hearing aids wasn't working. I contacted customer service and after troubleshooting the product it was determined determined to be defective. The employee sent me a return sticker and went ahead and placed an order for a new one. What great service.

These hearing aids are outstanding. They're incredibly comfortable to the point where I barely notice wearing them. The battery life is commendable, lasting impressively long. Most crucially, there's a significant improvement in my hearing, particularly in environments like restaurants or areas with substantial background noise. It's a fantastic product.

Researched hearing aids, Aduien appeard to be best for money. Constant support and instructions from Day One. Follow-up support was seamless and comprehensive. Product functioned as advertised.
