You mentioned that your Atom Pro 2 did not work for you & when you tried to return them we refused to give you a return label and you think we're scamming you. Hi RW MC, This is Carla from Audien Hearing. I'm sorry to hear about your feedback with the ION Pro. You can try the following to see if this works: -Make sure that the Ha is successfully connected to the app -Open Hands Free & streaming> make sure it is showing set up -Open phone settings >accessibility > hearing devices > turn on > searching devices -Wait for a few minutes if still shows searching devices -Ask the cx to put the Ha back to the charging case -Pull out HA from the charging case at the same time -Stay on the settings page where it shows searching devices -HA will automatically connect If you still require urgent support or have questions, please reply to this message, and I will prioritize your request, please contact Customer Support https://audienhearing.com/pages/contact-us or (205) 255- 1112 Take Care.
