I am 86. These Audien Atom Pro2's made it possible for me to hear; are easy to use; and are at a reasonable price. I am very grateful for such a positive outcome!

Everything went very well. The only exception was support. I called support and exchanged messages with 2 or 3 reps. I needed a Non- Technical answer, And the service reps only wanted technical questions. I finally just gave up.

For the price, the customer service, and the sound quality I am giving five stars. Twenty years ago I paid four thousand dollars for a pair of hearing aids that did not work as well as the atom 2. I purchased two pairs in November 2023 and when one pair went bad, I still had another to wear and Audien replaced the one that went bad-.no problem. Give them a try--there is nothing to lose!

They are great hearing aids, But because of my ear canals i couldn't make them work. I am almost completely deaf in one ear but I tried. When I told them, they offered me refund, It was a pleasant experience not to be harassed they just agreed. I like that in a company. I tried all the ear buds but none would fit.

These hearing aids were perfect for me. I can hear the tv without turning it up loud, and having conversations with my wife without having her repeat herself. They have changed my life in a positive way.

I bought ATOM Pro hearing aids 10 months ago. I had some problems getting them to fit into my small ear canals, but I finally got them to fit moderately well. Recently one of the hearing aids developed constant static. The volume control would not work. So I contacted Customer Support to get some troubleshooting advice. I was surprised with the response - Audien was sending me a brand new pair! They arrived promptly and I am enjoying them. Thank you, Ahmad!

Really small, well designed hearing devices. Unfortunately, because of my type (middle-range) hearing loss, they were not successful for me. However, the company refunded my money, entirely, without any hassle or issues. They asked if I had trouble-shot, if they could help me trouble shoot, and then gave me a PROMPT refund. I am very happy with Audien and hope the devices work for you!

The aides are really comfortable and easy to take care of. And the customer service is great with lots of hints on how to use them..there’s even a video. I use them just for watching TV and when I go out to dinner.
