It was very important for me to find a hearing aid company with great customer service. Getting the right hearing aid is a daunting task, but Audien's assurance of helping me through the choice and adjustment period was important and appreciated. I had tried the Atom Pro 2 model, but as much as I wanted to like it, it wasn't the best for me. Audien customer service patiently worked with me through multiple returns and adjustments and finally helped me choose the Audien ION which works perfectly for me.

I'm amazed at how well these hearing aids work. I'm hearing sounds I haven't heard in years. They're small and unnoticeable, which I really appreciate. The price is also great. I highly recommend these hearing aids.

I particularly appreciate that there's no switch to turn it off and on-simply place it in the charger and take it out when ready. It has less squealing than the basic Atom, making it worth the extra cost. I'm planning to buy a second pair.

Great customer service. Clear hearing. Takes a little while to reach the optimal level for hearing needs. The upgrade is awesome because it is easier to adjust the volume. They are more comfortable also. Thank you.
