I purchased my Atom hearing aids a while back and one of them wasn't working well. I emailed CS and Bryce got back to me within 48 hrs. After explaining the issue I had, Bryce promptly arranged for a new pair to be sent to me, at no extra cost. Wow ! That's after sales service at its best. I am so grateful that Audien dealt with my query professionally and quickly. Couldn't ask for more and Bryce totally restored my confidence in making future purchases. I bought the Atom Pro 2 hearing aids because of the price. I was really impressed with the performance of them when I first tried them. I feel that they are well worth the money. I participated in the product testing program a couple of weeks ago and received a second set which I gave to my brother. He was impressed with them also.

I bought my hearing aids from Amazon, when I needed an assistance, I reached out to Audien's customer support and they were kind to attend to me, they even returned calls a number of times.

I've never been the type to order stuff online, so I was hesitant to order from Audien's website. I reached out via a call and their customer service was amazing! The rep was understanding, helpful, and made the entire order process stress-free, and now I have my hearing aids.

I am so excited with my new pair of Atom Pro 2 hearing aids. I can now hear the Priest at Church, a big plus for me. The lady upstairs complained that my TV was too loud, not any more. Thank you Audien. Also, I do like the touch button volume control so much, making my life easier, than my first set, also the size is great. I am enjoying them so much. My family of course is thrilled.

Very nice they are a lot smaller than my previous pair. They seem to have better noise-canceling ability and are much harder to see compared to my old ones.

Over the past several years, the hearing, especially in my right ear has been worse and worse. I tried some expensive hearing aids priced between $2000 and $3000 and was not satisfied. My next purchase was with Auden and I found very good customer service, answers to my questions, and I received a very good product, that was immediately beneficial to my hearing. I recommend audience due to its value, ease of use, and good customer service without seeing a doctor.
