I have been using the BTE Ion. It is much improved over the previous BTE model. The sound is clearer a the various modes allow me to adjust to most environments. Changing modes and volume levels is simple and you don’t need to take off the hearing aids. Customer service is excellent abd the recent Facebook site is also helpful. I would highly recommend

The first set did not work for my husband, about contacting Audien hearing I was somewhat anxious. You hear horror stories about purchasing products on Facebook. Besides Amazon return process this company has made it so easy to return and get an upgrade. They are true to their promise which is rare today. You can feel confident if you are not satisfied they will honor their guarantee.

Well, my father received his replacement hearing aids yesterday. With all the helpful tips that Mary gave us, we will see how they work for him. He had lost one of them and when Mary at Audien Hearing heard about that, she helped him out and sent him a replacement pair. There aren't very many companies that have that kind of great customer service these days. They really care about their customers. Thank you Audien Hearing!

Hi, after years of what, what did you say, would you repeat, excuse me, I had enough. So when I saw these on sale, I decided it was time. So glad I did. They worked the first day but it takes time to get used to and Audien does tell you that. So every day I keep them in a little longer. Audien did call and text to see how I'm doing, also ways of getting in touch with them in case I need help. Thank you Audien, very happy. Linda

I had been looking at hearing aids for some time but at $4-8000 a pair it was totally out of my budget till I came across Audien Hearing. What appealed to me was their small size as I didn't want a behind the ear option. I made some enquiries and made the decision to purchase. Customer service was excellent. They really wanted to make sure that I was going to get what I needed for my circumstances with no pressure. Delivery worked out ok too as I'm in Australia and the goods are from the US with no international delivery. I was able to organize a freight company and my hearing aids arrived with no problems. The best part was the regular follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the product and I knew how to get the best results out of it. Get this, they even set up a couple of phone calls ensuring my satisfaction and that I was really getting the best results. Customer service was always, polite, understanding and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Audien hearing I can now hear what's going on around me again. Often when you purchase on line from overseas, once you've paid you're left between the devil and the deep blue sea. With Audien I feel like they're just around the corner and I can pick up the phone and Ill get help. By the way, you can stop whispering, I can hear you now. I was pleasantly surprised by how mush my mother loves the Audien hearing aid. I expected she might need to adjust to the sounds, but she is very happy with the lowest setting. She is thrilled to hear more of the family discussions, no longer feeling left out or needing to ask for repetitions.
