I started with in the ear hearing aids over 10 yrs ago at a price of $7000. When my dog ate one, I paid $4000 for an over the ear pair. I much prefer the in the ear ones due to wearing wigs, glasses and at times masks. I decided to try Audien's in the ear ones with the noise cancelling feature. I couldn't be more pleased. It took me a little time to get back to being used to having them in my ears, it is an adjustment, but they are working so well for me that I had to let people know.

The Atom Pro 2 hearing aid is better then hearing aids I paid 6 times as much for. I have been using hearing aids for better then 20 years and these are the best I have ever used. They are small and easy to adjust to meet my needs. Equally important to me is the customer service a company provides. I always check customer service by calling, email or text before making a purchase of this type. in this case Audien met and exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend giving the Audien products and customer service team the opportunity to help with your hearing needs. I will be buying from them as new units become available.

We are new to Audien Hearing. When my husband's hearing aids first arrived, all seemed well. Shortly, it became apparent that one of the aids wasn't working properly. We contacted Audien immediately. Marian responded quickly and provided us with possible solutions, including videos to ensure how to adjust the volume, etc. When it became obvious that we were not going to be able to fix the problem, and since we had purchased the protection plan, Marian sent us a return shipping label and informed us that a new set of Audien Hearing aids were being shipped. It was a pleasant experience.

Customer service was great i got several different emails from different reps to make sure i was happy with the service.

Had issues with my Atom 2. It was me not the Atom 2. Excellent response. And received a prompt refund. Love doing business with Audien. Will be trying a different model. The service is fantastic. Would not deal with another company other than Audien

I had hearing aids that cost a few thousand dollars and one ended up missing. I saw these while reading an article online and liked the story and figured I'd give them a try. I am happy I did. They arrived and I began using them immediately. The sound was clear and I only had the volume up about 1/4. I had some trouble getting them to fit into my ears and stay there well, but eventually got a good spot where they held firmly. It just took some time finding the best way to insert them. They were working great until the one stopped working. I emailed customer service and they responded within a few hours stating they have processed a replacement pair and also a shipping label to return the defective one so they can research the cause to avoid a future incident with anyone else. The replacement was sent within 1 day and is on its way. I am excited to receive them and hear clearly again. This company exhibits what customer service should be and I will tell everyone about these hearing aids. Thanks again.

Audien Hearing Is Amazing for many reasons. Audien Hearing has superior customer service. Audien Hearing Aids are the very best, I have been wearing hearing aids for a very long time. I have tried the biggest brand name companies and I have paid the biggest amount of prices for hearing aids that just simply do not hold up over time. Audien Hearing Is a keeper for me from now on because I have truly tried everything and finally I have found and tried the Audien Hearing Aids that really work very well and the Audien Hearing Aid Company is a brand that I can trust.

Still getting used to my Atom Pro 2 hearing aids as I got them delivered less than a week ago and was having difficulty using one of the functions. Sent an email and less than 24 hours received a response. Great customer service!!!
