I ordered the ear buds and they didn't fit right so shared that on their Facebook page and I was contacted via email and they sent me the hearing aids that fit and I love them it was at a lower cost which was a plus. Thank you so much for fast polite service.

On my third try with this hearing aide, first two wouldn't recharge and the third pro squealed almost constantly.

I have a set of $5,000 programable hearing aids that started with the letter B. I tried using them many times, but the hard plastic that went into my ear canals was very painful after wearing them for just a few hrs. My new Audien Atom 2 Pro units are soft tipped. I like the fact that I can adjust them to my environmental needs. I love them for the convenience of having the batteries rechargeable.

I spent several thousand dollars for hearing aids years ago. Extremely uncomfortable and wearing eyeglasses they were truly annoying and I stopped wearing them! I saw a promotion for Atom hearing aides and decided to give them a try. Unbelievable! Easy to operate, very comfortable, and setting the volume is easy plus, no batteries! My father is in his 90s and cannot afford prescription hearing aides. This is an excellent product that makes hearing not only a pleasure, but his life has improved just by reducing stress and anxiety going to doctors and negotiating with insurance companies and pharmacies! I wish I could convey what these aides have done for him. And, when we get together we can hear each other and enjoy a good chat.
