the hearing aids have been a life saver for my mom who is 97. she would never wear hearing aids till now without them she can’t hear conversations. the company has been very good to work with when one of the aids went bad. they immediately sent a replacement

I was more than satisfied with my first hearing aid with Audien. It was amazingly inexpensive, and I only ordered one, surprisingly, they sent me two at no extra charge. I ordered a second one, several years later and opted for a higher grade. The second one was better, but not what I thought I had ordered. No problem, Audien understood and made arrangements to send me the Atom Pro-2 that I had expected. All I can say is, this Atom Pro-2 is so comfortable that I sometimes forget I have it in my ear and have to get back up from bed and remove it for the night. The background noise is gone, and I can finally hear the voices of my great-grandchildren. I have a very limited income and without the reasonable cost of this amazing hearing aid, I would not be able to socialize in conversations and enjoy the quality of life I now enjoy. I ordered a pair of hearing aids and it was delivered fast. I gave it a try but my arthritic fingers made it difficult to use. I called to inform them of my problem and desire to return. In less than 10 days, I received the aids and shipped it back. Great Customer Service !

The originally ordered aids did not fit my ears, as well as another problem. The rep was responsive, very nice' and proactive when we spoke. My needs were addressed and I was very happy with the customer service at Audien.

I saw an ad for the Audien Atom Pro 2 hearing aids and decided to try them. Sorry to say they just did not work out for me, I had much difficulty getting them in my ears and could not get used to them. Bryan in customer service suggested the Audien ION hearing aids that go behind the ear. I had Starky hearing aids before and they were not bad, but very old and were giving me problems with volume. The ION were great, I started wearing them right away, they have a great range of volume settings and background filters. I love them they are very comfortable and have different size ear buds so they can fit many ear sizes. The sound much clearer than my older Starky aids that cost $4000.00. If you are looking for hearing aids give them a try, 45 day trial and the customer service is excellent. Thank you Audien
