Money back guarantee is a lie
Money back guarantee is a lie. I ordered a set of hearing aids in a couple of months ago. I asked to return them and was pressured into letting them send me the upgraded version for no additional cost, with promise that I could return for a full refund if they didn’t work. They assured me I could have a refund if they didn’t work for me. The replacements also didn’t work. When I asked to return for a refund, they tried to pressure me into upgrading again. They finally agreed to allow me to send them back for a refund. I have the UPS tracking proof they received them back, but they insist it “takes a while” and they “don’t see them in the system”. I still have not received a refund. Beware of this company.
