The perfect product selection and perfect customer service.

I have been using a sound amplifier for several years after disappointing experience with modestly priced hearing aids. The simple amplifier became unacceptable because it did not suppress noise. I tried in ear hearing aids. They proved unacceptable because of feedback problems given the short distance between the speakers and microphones. So I tried the Audien ION BTE hearing aids. Normal hearing out of the box with no adjustments. I was amazed. I also discovered that Audien has a first rate customer support system. My only worry is that one of the devices will fall off and be lost.

Good product, good communication, a real customer oriented company who operates with integrity. Very refreshing to see a company doing business in the marketplace where so many take advantage of the consumer.

My first experience with your Company wasn’t the greatest, but after I thought about it I realized that the blame was my own fault. I gave you the wrong address. When I finally received my hearing aids and tried them out I was very excited. After 10 years of hearing loss, my hearing was back. Still getting used to adjusting the volume but I’ll figure it out. Thanks for everything.

Adjustment buttons are a great improvement over prior models. Now I can adj. volume while the device is still in my ear. Ditto for modes (conversation, restaurant, etc.) Noise cancelling is helpful. Occlusion is still an issue although much less than prior models. Twisting it sometimes helps. Documentation, packaging are excellent. Well written. Get the replacement warranty. I've already lost one of my prior models. They can fall out of the ear without you even knowing it. Customer support is excellent.

I have not purchased yet, but customer service was great. I ordered for my husband, but he is preparing for surgery and was upset. They canceled my order and I plan on getting ones husband has settled from his neck surgery.

If Audien Hearing decides to launch a school of customer support, I'll be definitely enrolling some of my workers. They are so good at providing support to their customers and making sure issues are completely resolved.

Atom Pro 2 OTC Hearing Aids have been working well for me. It’s always a relief when a product meets expectations and provides the support you need. Excellent customer service and ease of use are definitely big pluses!
