Recently one of my Aùdien hearing aids…
Recently one of my Aùdien hearing aids failed. I bought the warranty when I first purchased the hearing aids. Audien senr me a whole new set of Audien hearing aids within a couple of days. Everyone was courteous and solved my problem asap. Also would like to point out that the hearing aids work very well. Awesome product and people.

More comfortable than my hearing aids.
The Audien hearing apparatus seems to be working better Han my two expensive sets of hearing aids. The Audien hearing aidsfeelmorecomfortable the my hearing aid and I am enjoying them.

Audien hearing aids (in the ear)) performed as expected. Great after sales support. Very responsive and helpful. Subscription program for accessory kits ensures ample supply of wax protector. Will readily recommend Audien.

I have tried two different Audien hearing aid models and received great support. I was especially impressed with the help they gave me when I returned a set. They are true to their guarantee and have exceptional customer service and communication. Their follow up is second to none! .

Happy to have hearing aids that work.
when I started with hearings aids I bought the high priced spread. They did not give me good service. Since then I tried The Audien Pro. They have worked very well. I don't say, what did you say, to often, I will recomend them to my friends.

Great over the ear aids
Great over the ear aids. After several tries found apaiir that gave me quality hearing. The customer service was beyond great, they listened and solved my problems

My husband's hearing has been…deteriorating for years
My husband's hearing has been deteriorating for years due to exposure to airboats. Even though your hearing aids were not a good fit for him, your representatives were receptive, professional and understanding and tried to help him along the way. However, when we decided to return the product we didn't encounter any problems and we were refunded. Thank you for your assistance and patience.

Immediate improvement
The Audien hearing aids immediately helped me hear clearly when my husband spoke, as if he were right in my ear! They recharge quickly, which will save money & the inconvenience of forgetting to purchase batteries.
