On Thurs 5 Nov 2024 my mum and I received the warmest friendliest hospitality and service and such professionals at A1 HEARING Papatoetoe. Claire and Tamina were the sweetest. We both look forward to the next appointment in 2025. Highly recommend this place and staff. Thank you for a memorable visit. ♥️💯♥️💯

I purchased the Atom 2 hearing aids and one hearing aid stopped working after a couple of months. I contacted the Audien Hearing Aid customer service via e-mail which was actioned within 48 hours. I received exceptional superb customer service from Rick and Thea. Both showed genuine concern and care. The replacement hearing aids were received as per my request, promptly. The replacement new hearing aids work perfectly and the fit is great. Great price for quality hearing aids and very sincere customer service. Keep up the high standards!!!!!

My experiance was Great, from my first message to the last message, letting me know that my issue was being taken care of. The agent that I delt with was very professional and helpful during the situation. I definately think that 5 Stars are very much deserving for the super service I received! THANKS!

Ordered received in less than 5 days, price was good. Customer service helped with decision by offering a discount. Instructions seems straightforward and will follow the learning curve and adaption as instructed.

After receiving the Audien ION my mom was skeptical about the over the ear hearing aid as she has had issues in the past with this kind of hearing aid. After wearing for the first week my mom is in love with the ION hearing aids. The clarity and quality of the hearing aid is amazing. The real test was going to dinner in a crowded restaurant with my soft-spoken grandson. This hearing aid let me hear my grandson and blocked out all the background noise. I was amazed. So happy I now have the Audien ION!!

Originally a had a problem with one of hearing aids not working. Reached out to the customer service department and they walked me through a few steps. Now I can hear out of both ears. Quality of sounds good and the customer service was fantastic. They followed up to confirm that they are still working.

fast service, product are nice clear sound and voice, not bad for the money having spent 7500.00 on a name brand!

I have been losing hearing for several years."WHAT" was becoming an important part of my vocabulary. I had seen ads for various devices on TV but Audien's ad caught my eye. I sent an email to get more information. To my surprise I received an answer almost immediately. After getting the information I needed I decided o give their hearing aids a try. Received the package in a few days. Chard them up and started using them. It has been great o hear without "WHAT" being part of he conversation. Thanks Audience Lawrence Degn
