Spectacular Customer Support
Customer service is spectaculare. Had issues with delivery through USPS. Contacted by chat and they were willing to help me locate the package. USPS said it was delivered, it was not. Audien kept in touch along the process. This type of customer support is very uncommon with any company I have delt with when ordering a product on line. THANK YOU! Audien

Better than prescription aids
A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed with 40% hearing loss in both ears. Unfortunately, my insurance would not cover the cost of hearing aids ($4000) so I went without until I saw OTC hearing aids in a Walmart ad. Curious, I did some research and settled on your Atom Pro 2 hearing aids and purchased them online as a "to me, from me" Christmas gift and was not disappointed! Getting the tip size and fit right and learning to listen "through" them rather than "around them" was challenging, but 16 days later, I'm enjoying great hearing for the first time in years! I would also like to note that the Audien Atom Pro 2 sound just as good, if not better, than $4000 hearing aids I tried at the audiologist office. I have recommended this product to someone I know who is also struggling with their hearing. Thank you so much!

Service is excellent. They stand behind their exchange policy 100%. They exchanged My Pro 2 for ION BTE at no additional charge.
My initial order from Audien for Pro 2 didn’t work well. They voluntarily replaced with Ion BTE set. Very pleased.

outstanding service
I purchased Audien hearing aids through another company. Unfortunately one of my hearing aids fell into water. I contacted Audien and they allowed me to purchase a protection plan to be able to get new hearing aids. After paying the protection plan price and the minimal cost of replacement hearing aids I received the new ones. Every email was answered promptly and and courteously. I would recommend Audien for their service and quality of hearing aids.

Audien Ion Pro issue with BlueTooth
I have recently purchased the Audien Ion Pro hearing aids. I am just trying to get them adjusted and all. The right one stopped connecting via bluetooth to the app on my phone. Since that is the reason I opted for the Pro (the app), I need that to work. I got a ticket number via email and tried their turning off and back on solution, but it still won't connect. I just need some advice from Audien. 1/7/25 update: I just followed the instructions included in the FAQ sent to me by Carla. The uninstall for the app and accepting all permissions seems to have solved the connection problem with the right hearing aid. There are also other useful tips included in that FAQ. Thanks, Carla.

Great Hearing Aids
These are great hearing aids: well designed, good quality and enhances your life. The company videos are helpful, but if you need to reach out to Audien, they are quick to respond and helpful.
