The first pair of hearing aids were defective but the representative on the phone was wonderful and let me return them for a better pair. Now mu husband can hear and he is overjoyed!

I cannot say enough about the customer service I received when needing to return the Audien hearing aid. I received a return postage paid label in a very timely manner. Once it was shipped back I followed through on the delivery of the item and saw when it was actually delivered. My refund was initiated the first business day after its arrival at their address. I highly recommend anyone who is tempted to try their product to do so since they honor their flexible return policy.

I was very unsure about ordering these aids. After receiving them the difference in hearing was absolutely amazing! I had been running tv volume at 30 to 50 to be able to hear. I know have the volume as low as 10 most of the time. I was wearing these aids all day by the end of the second week. I have a small issue with the right hearing aids and contacted customer support and was amazed at the level of help and the fact that audien rep agreed to send a new set with me sending the ones I have back upon delivery of new ones! I wish I had ordered sooner! These are great and customer service was right on track

I am a 8 year wearer of hearing aids, my first set I used was $10,000 my seond set was $13000. Both were computer set to my hearing needs. I bought many sets of really cheap aids with poor results. I bought Audians 1year ago specifically to wear when I was working outdoors, on beach or during the day. Had issues with them charging Audian replaced them. I now have them adjusted and use the daily 6-8 hours to give my ears a rest. AS YOU KNOW with expensive aids you hear all the noise near and far a real nuisiance! These Audian aids are a great alternative to the expensive aids. For the money they are the best!

I had some Atom 2 hearing aids and was ahving trouble with the fit and a few other minor thins, but the hearing quality was great. I spoke to a customer service rep. about the problem and she agreed to send me a different model aid at no cost. I have returned the original aids and have not yet received to new model bu I anticipate they will eliminate the problems I was having. The customer service I received was great and for anyone wishing to purchase an Audien product, you should know that their servie group will really work with you to assist with getting the correct aid for both fit and hearing.

I have had a time trying to get use to my hearing aid; however, audience customer service have always been more than pleasant and willing to help. They have even replaced them to make sure there was no problem with the hearing aids. They were more than willing to go through the entire use with me over the phone from adjustment of sounds, use of ear buds and changing of wax guards. Even though this took a great deal of time the representative was extremely patient and went over both ears with me. Audien has encouraged me to contact them again if I need more help. I have the Audien Hearing Aid Pro 2/ with charging and self cleaning case which is great. I am still working on getting adjusted to them but as far as the company is concerned I would rate them 5 stars all the way!!!

We tried the Atom 2 which did not work for my husband so we have changed to the Ion Pro which seems to be working so far. Rick at customer service was very good to work with and help me get the Atom 2 returned.
