Instructions were easy to understand. They are comfortable and work well. I did have to shift them around at first, but the instructions discuss this. I am a little ham-handed when I change the volume but it is not an issue with the design. The ads say they are for light and medium hearing loss but I have severe loss and they make a noticeable improvement for my hearing.

Tried the Audien Atom 2, but my ear canals were too small to accommodate, and had lots of buzzing and interference. I have been told by audiologists that my ear canals are unusually narrow. I switched to the Audien Ion, and found a great fit with the smallest domes. Wow, what a difference, I am hearing better now than I have for a long time. I am so grateful!

Because of my husband’s severe hearing loss he was unable to use Audien’s hearing aids, but Audien’s customer service was fabulous, helping us with our return and refund. We highly recommend the company.

I like my Audien Hearing aids. It was very helpful to watch the video about how to get used to them by wearing them for short times. You can get used to all the sounds around you and the sound of your voice. You can learn how to adjust volume and situations. It will be worth it. I can't wait to wear them every longer.

After experiencing hearing loss, I ordered the ATOM with low expectation. After receiving and trying them, I was ore than pleased and in short order, I ordered the ATOM 2. Again I was really impressed. When the ION PRO 2 was introduced with all the great features, including controlling by cell phone app, I had to try it. I have been using it for several months, and I have to say, I could not be more pleased. I have recommended it to my friends and family. Mark Happy, Happy Aaudien customer.
