These hearing aids work great and the insurance plan is very affordable. The atom 2 is the best and with all the features it comes with.

Even that their devices didn’t work for me I had a very good experience with their customer service not like JABRA that their customer service is very bed. Audien customer service are very polite and their response is prompt. The return worked very well and without delay. If their product will work for you, you will be happy for their support. The simplest way I can describe my experience with Audien Hearing is to say: L’Audien, c’est magnifique! It’s one thing to purchase a high tech device online and to be well satisfied with its overall performance; it’s quite another thing entirely to buy something that proves to be defective and to need the active assistance of the providing company to correct. I had this happen; one of my newly acquired AtomPro2 hearing aids produced interminable, irresolvable feedback, the other wouldn’t take a full charge. BUMMER! I dreaded having to go through the rigmarole of returning the set and expected problems while trying to get a replacement pair. Well, let me tell you, if there were a postgrad course in customer service, Audien Hearing could author the textbook. Their response was extraordinary; exhibiting no resistance or impatience whatsoever, the staff were to a (wo)man apologetic, attentive, and personable — immediately arranging for the replacement of the unsatisfactory aids via UPS EXPRESS at no cost to me,for they even emailed a printable mailing label to cover the $5 postage. I’m currently eagerly awaiting my new Atom2s and am looking forward to the relief they’ll surely bring to this senior citizen. End of story.

When you replaced my hearing aids when they both stopped working! I will give you my experience with these hearing aids but my viewers have to be patient!! The book and the video are very helpful but I have other suggestions that you might want to use? 1. Putting them in your ear can be fustrating and set the hearing aids to the number (1) for volume and you will definitely get feed back but adjust the hearing when it's in your ear by turning it very slowly; you will get feed back than all of a sudden the feed back will be GONE! THE SOUND WILL BE VERY CLEAR!! You can change to a larger DOME like the book says and that's what I did and the feed back was gone. A lot of this is trial and error that's why you have to have PATIENCE!! When you get itchy or sore sometimes in your ear take them out and give yourself a break thats what I do because you wear them for a long time and by all means use the break in period thats what the book says and it WORKS!! Once you get use to your hearing aids you won't realize that your wearing them! Don't FORGET to take them OUT before you go into the SHOWER! I almost did! I have a model Lionel Train layout and I have to service from time to time. I had it all my life and now at the age of 74 I'm very busy with it. I might not be able to send another review? Soon to be 75 in 5 months? These are the BEST hearing aids I purchased! I had other hearing aids ( so they said) but they were amphfliers and were TERRIBLE!!! Audien Hearing Aids are so easy to use and the price is worth it. I have a friend that has hearing aids and it cost him over $3,000 dollars of course their hi-tech and you use it with your cell phone but I DON'T NEED THAT STUFF!! I saved a lot of MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!
