You are a very customer oriented company and I really appreciate that. I like my Pro 2s and am hopeful to be able to say I love my Pro 2s with a little more time, effort, and experience. They do a good job in my hearing improvement. If I can just get the remaining cricket sound eliminated, they will be just what the doctor ordered.

Purchased Atom pro first. It has excellent sound quality and easy recharging and maintenance. The only complaint I have is volume is not as high as I would like. I have 2 sets of the atom. Volume is good as is sound quality. Only complaint is it is difficult for me with vision problems to adjust and turn off and on. Also, the recharger does no have a cover, nor does it retain charge after disconnected. I do appreciate the ease of dealing with this company. I have not had to talk with people that I can’t understand. They seem eager to help.

This Audient Atom is a good hearing aids: easy to fit in ear canal/ easy to adjust volume, turning on, off/ easy taking out/ plugging in ear canals

Quick response from customer service. I would welcome being able to purchase only one size domes instead of multiple size packs. Also ear wax protectors sold separately would be nice. Units work great!

My 91 year old husband has had his Audien aids for about a week. He hears surprisingly well with them. It is good to not worry with batteries, as the charger works well. Audien answers our questions promptly. So far, we are pleased.

Overall, I am pleased with my EV3 after 2 days. PRO: Easy to charge, Easy to fit ear pieces, work well at home. Very good for the price. Very comfortable to wear. CON: Very bad noise when I am in the car or restaurant. They pick up all the background noise, ie people talking and music (pick up loud road noise in the car). Not possible to adjust volume unless you carry the little screw driver with you all the time. Maybe I need to turn the volume down?

I ordered the Audien EV1 due to limited funds on a fixed income. My ability to hear is severely compromised. In short, this model did not work for me. In order to even come close to being effective, I was having to turn them up so loud that I was getting constant feedback/squealing and found them intolerable to wear. This is where they lost 1 star. However on the support side, they answered every question I sent via their support site in a very timely manner. In the end, unable to tune the aids to work properly, they provided a prepaid return label by email and within 3 days of confirming the package had been recieved, my card had been credited for the purchase amount. This is a US based operation seemingly dedicated to supporting the consumer and working quickly to resolve issues. Disappointed the aids didnt work for me, very impressed with the support I recieved.
