My call with Allan was exceptionally friendly, fun and everything was taken care of quickly. He went out of his way to make sure my return ticket would be extended a few days because I was busy with a wedding right then. I have no doubt that he can handle his job with professionalism, promptness, politeness and make customers feel like they are talking to someone who cares. He is a keeper!
