AUDIBEL HEARING simply cannot be beat‼️‼️ years ago when i realized i needed hearing aids, i believe i called because of the free hearing test. monica called me back to go in & talk abt the results. i’ve never looked back‼️❣️ little did i know at the time i’d made a friend for life, along with phenomenal audiology services🙏❣️ monica & james do everything they can possibly do to make things work for whoever it is that needs help hearing better‼️ i could go on but it’s just more words. if you even think you might need help, please give them a try. promise you won’t be steered wrong. there’s no hard-sell in their business. they both genuinely like what they’re doing to help people🙏❣️

I went to Audibel in Lees Summit MO for a hearing test exam and to discuss options with hearing aids. I so enjoyed the entire experience. Everyone was very professional and were able to explain my loss of hearing to me in a way that made sense to me. I especially liked how the levels of hearing aids and their affordability were presented. I like how quickly I will be able to get my pair, along with the check ups and warranty package is available.

I was so impressed with the time and care I was given at the Zephyrhills, FL location--an assessment of my hearing needs that took several hours. I have been wearing aids for 12 years, but have never heard with the clarity of the Audibel devices. Because I have mobility problems, my audiologist is going to pay me a follow up HOUSE CALL, imagine that! Thank you, Jeff, for the work that you do!

I saved money by buying Brand X rechargeable hearing aids on line 5 years ago and got exactly what I paid for: uncomfortable hearing aids that didn’t work and customer service from hell. After 5 years of torture I finally upgraded to Audibel rechargeable hearing aids. Best decision I ever made. Comfortable, lightweight, 51-hour battery life, and most importantly, they returned my sense of hearing! PS. They’re MADE IN USA!

Jill was amazing! She knows about hearing and the problems that arise from NOT hearing in all of the tones, low to high.

I've already written a review on Google so I won't go into a lot of detail here. I just wanted to add another one with 5-stars. I went to the Ocala, FL office for mine and highly recommend both Mateen, at the front desk, and Paul who helped me greatly with my hearing! Folks, you won't disappointed if you go there!

This is an update to my review on February 3,2024. The experience I wrote about was all valid and all that I described happened but shortly thereafter I received a call from the supervisor in Baton Rouge, LA, who said to me that the situation did need to be remedied. I was beyond grateful because up to that point I felt that they didn’t care. New hearing aids with the cross wave technology were ordered for me and they use regular batteries instead of the digital ones that were so unreliable for some with such severe hearing loss. In addition to that I was referred to Michelle Macione at the Slidell, LA Audible office to get the new aids. Ms. Macione was wonderful and she adjusted the aids so that I am now hearing so much better than ever before. She will continue to adjust them to provide an even better hearing experience as my brain acclimates to each adjustment. I am so pleased to have the benefit of her abilities and experience and I intend to continue to go to that office for all future appointments. I am so grateful to the supervisor in Baton Rouge and to Ms. Macione for their provision of service and restoring my faith in Audible.
