The service was friendly, efficient, and courteous. All personnel explained everything patiently and answered all questions completely, sympathetically, and professionally. They went out of their way to be helpful. I am amazed at the technological advances since my last consultation. I can hear more clearly than with the previous version of the hearing aid and it has improved my quality of life.

Great experience and the staff was very helpful in taking time to explain things and make sure I was comfortable. They took time to explain hearing loss in general and different hearing aids which was helpful since it was my first time. I am very happy I went here for a second opinion. I had an appointment and was in and out in about a hour. I felt very comfortable and the pricing was better then other places also. My follow up appointments had gone well also their service continues to be excellent. They go above and beyond even calling the day before to confirm and remind you. I have been very impressed with the wonderful service I have received at audible. Randy is very patient and really cares about how happy you are with your hearing aid. I can not believe the service I've gotten from Audibel & Roger's Hearing Solutions. They have been wonderful to me. I would like to especially praise Nicole Kalukiewicz, she has even come to my home when I couldn't get to the office.
