CAUTION! Do not do business with this company. Ordered a transmission for my Chevy Astro on 8/25/20 and as soon as it was ordered I got a confirmation e mail saying please allow 10-14 business days for process, production and testing. After calling and talking to multiple people including Kevin the quality manager for months on end finally the transmission shows up late November but it doesn’t have the torque converter or transmission cooler I ordered with it. So I call them and a lady answers and takes my info but I never hear back from them and I have been calling since then and either no answer or I get put on hold then finally hung up on. So now I have been waiting since early September to install this transmission and here it is mid December and I still can’t install it. Invoice# 23484

sorry to hear that Steven. I am Kevin in engineering department. I know that I worked my but off to help you. the converters and coolers get damaged on our tranny crates so we usually ship them seperately. Please call me monday am at (989)545-9251..

I gave atransmissions a 1 star because I ordered a tranny from them back early November and it took too long to ship so i went elsewhere and now i have argued with them for 3 weeks now to get me my money back. They tell me that their account manager hasn't worked in 2 weeks and all these excuses. All I want is my money back!!! I'm about to go file a claim with the scams dept at my bank. It shouldn't take 3 weeks to refund a customer back their money. Update 12-10-20- still no money back even tho keving said he would get it back to me this week, which I figured was lies. Seems like he's more focused on the bad review I left him than actually helping me get my money back for a part that never even was shipped to me. Prolly going to have to go to the fraud dept and get my refund that way. I was trying to be patient but it's been long enough.

Steve, Kevin our quality manager is getting it handled with our General Manager. Kelly our accounting manager has ben sick with covid and worked aout 20 hours in last 4 weeks. I do apologize but after 17 years in business we do not intend to or will we not reimburse customer for a non- delivered product. This covid has been rough on many businesses throughout the country some more then others. I know some people say to not use it as an excuse but it is a reality... so we will get this taken care of for you this week Steve. There is no need to do a negative review against us when we do not plan on not refunding you... thanks a million Steve has been refunded as of 12-10-20 via our merchant. just fyi he has been dealing with accounting and she is sick with covid so our quality manager handled it for Steve. Once , he knew about it he took care of it within 2 business days.

UPDATE- It's amazing that it took a review to get a reply by your company when my calls and emails since July 2020 went unanswered and I was ghosted and the 2 times there was a reply it was just lies, I'm sure your company will surive and do well I'm still without my transmission, my truck and still waiting for my Full Refund. I don't wish bad will to anyone at your business I just wish there was better communication from your company to me out of respect from a paying customer that now just wants my refund as soon as possible.......If you all are in the giving spirit with your hard earned money and seek nothing in return ( a phone call, any customer service, a product advertised and not receive that product) then this is the company for this kinda of service, it's been since July 2020 ive been dealing with this issue of trying to get product or refund and nkw all I want is a Full Refund which they agreed to do one the BBB got involved and still cant get my money back. If any other victims of the same crime from this Company has started or going to start a Class Action Lawsuit please post info so I can also get on board.

Class action lawsuit for saving money huge money on a 4L60e??? We are shipping transmissions daily and continue to do so now. Customers that have waited through covid have been rewarded. Customers that have cancelled its taken a while to get point across but those hanging in there are being serviced regularly. Thanks Mr. Munoz will be fine and all will beod in time

I have been reading the bad reviews and noticed a lot of them were around April. I know that my state was on shutdown. We were having trouble getting bare necessities. I bought a transmission from these guys 3 and half years ago for my 99 Tahoe. Still going strong. There are unforeseeable delays in these times. If you need a fix right away go to your local transmission shop. Maybe check out your mechanic. I have the best! And no, you can't have his number. i saved over $550. And would trust them with anything I might need in the future.

Thanks Sherry. We are doing a great job currently for all of our customers. I appreciate everything with you taking the time...

I rated them one star. They don't even deserve that. That's the only way I can proceed with the review. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. First of all I received the wrong transmission that I waited on for 3 months. They always promising they are going to call back. Very poor service. And now I been waiting on my refund for a month. I don't see how hard it is to just print a check and send it. Don't shop with these people. It's funny how they answer a review immediately but can't call you back about business. Its 2025 and they still lied

This customer will be refunded. Everyone that I know has had difficulty managing the business as it pertains to the Covid virus. In saying that we not only continue to build test and ship easily 40 transmissions per week, but also we are handling customers that cannot wait as well. Mr. Bolton either has been or will be compensated. Would have aleady returned to his card but he either cancelled or got a new card which made things more difficult. Thanks

I ordered a tranny in May. Cancelled after 90 days of non delivery and tens of phone calls that are not returned or answered with false promises of 'will call you back'. I am now trying to get my refund. After 90 days of 'I'll find out and get back to you', still no refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I am now putting a fraud alert on their CC business and a lien on their receivables. (Current debt holders get first priority in a bankruptcy). I used to be a VP at VISA International, so I know what to do.

Dealing with delays in raw material due to Covid 19. We are a 17 year business licensed insured and bonded manufacturing corporation. This customer follows our policy and this would have been done already. Instead they choose to not allow us to pickup the defective transmission to determine the cause of loss and if problem is internal and rebuild or replace it whichever is necessary per policy. If customers follow policy these problems do not exist.
