I ordered a transmission from you two weeks ago and still yet to see it even ship. I was hoping when I ordered the transmission it would of been here in a week. Very disappointed.

Over all had a great experience ordering a transmission everything was on time and as it should be. Every question I had was quickly answered by E mail or phone call. Only complaint was I had to switch the tail shaft off my old transmission as the one on the new one wasn’t right but no big deal.

Transmission works great so far. Great deal and price, fast delivery once shipped. Only problem I have is there was a bolt for the shift indicator that was broken off in the transmission and I had to repair that issue. Things like that should be repaired during the rebuild. Aside from that, great deal.

I agree with you and that communication is crucial to customer understanding . We know we have room for improvement which is why we aggressively seek customer feedback. I remember you in conversation and it was a pleasure to have opportunity to work with you. Thanks so much for the kind review . We are truly grateful. Don’t hesitate to call in future for anything you need or just advice if necessary if I can help you.

Worst experience ever!! Ordered Transmission 3/14/2019, still haven't received as of 4/22/2109. I have constantly been given the run around about shipping and so forth. It was supposed to have been shipped 2 weeks ago and for some odd reason it can't make it on the truck. Finally told them today to refund my money so I can purchase it elsewhere. So we'll see how hard I have to fight to get my refund! BUYER BEWARE!!! In response to their response, I did look at all the reviews and that is why I decided to use you guys, but all of the great reviews does not help me one bit at this time, at least be truthful on the phone and explain whats really going on there and quit making false promises that you can't keep.

Our business is extremely successful. We are probably the leading supplier volume, quality, and price in the country. Our growth this tax season has doubled since february 2019 almost tripled overnight and we have had difficulty in adjusting to the growth in the short term despite fact we are actively working on it. If we were unable to assist you in a timely fashion we sincerely apologize but in no way shape or form did we intend for that or are we purposefully doing it. I will make sure your refund processed right away. Not sure we are a company to stay away from totally seeing as overall we are a top supplier respectfully. Truthfully we care and don't want this from any customer. confirmation for credit back was just emailed back to your card. you purchased online. We went back to your original online order and just put it back on your card. Thanks and truly our goal is 100% satisfaction. if you visit most of our other reputable review sites such as Google and Birdeye and more you will see a true reflection of our business overall. Be more fair and else quick to judge in the future please
