Was told 7-10 days to receive- took 1 month and when received it didn't have a torque converter with it and then told it would come separate a couple of days later. So stile can't fix my truck.
Response from AtransmissionsMay 16, 2019
john The converters come separately because they get lost on pallet . And we did get you out quicker then most people respectfully our success because the price and quality has created enormous demand for our product. Seems like a harsh review for the situation and circumstances and you still haven’t came back now and tell people that you got the torque and transmission is working good We are good people that care and work hard to please our customers reviews like this can harm a good company and hurt everyone by making us have to raise prices in order to keep up with demand and that’s not what we wanted to do to you or other customers . Please let everyone know that we have come through too many people don’t come back and change review once they are all set

You are an asset to the business that you work at. If the re-manufactured transmission functions as good as it looks, I'll be very thankful. Sincerely, Gary G

You couldn't ask for better customer service and the transmission works perfectly! Just hang on to your old trany you will need to get a couple fittings and the shifter cable bracket. I would recommend to friends or anyone. I did have issues with PayPal wanting to hold my payment for 5 days.100% pleased with atrans.
