Thanks cameron. That unit is a heavy duty tow haul ready so it will perform well pulling your trailer. Also remember to run the tranmisssion cooler it will help your unit last much much longer

Between 3-4 stars. Took 6 weeks to get tranny. Had to call again to remind them to ship my new torque converter. Had to call again for the oil cooler I bought. AND still haven’t seen or received the “ extended warranty” I was promised. Mechanic Installing this week end, have my fingers crossed. All in all they came thru but stressful.

Bryson, yes the ford ranger is year specific and the servo bores have to be done at a machine shop. Your original transmission didn't test out so we had to go back and do another one for you.. All of them take more time because the servo on the side required a CNC machine to re-bore and sleeve the opening in order to complete that update. We spoke with you yesterday and came to an agreeement that was in your favor We have been in business for over 17 years for a reason, and want more true reflection of our business.

An update to my experience with a transmission. After writing the last review. I received a call from Jeff. He said he would take care of the issues that I encounter. He did and the next day I had a good tracking number and a trans was delivered a few days later. Jeff said he would take care of the problem and he did. Thanks. However, after receiving the transmission I discovered it was the wrong one. Called and talked to Kevin and he said he would talk to Jeff and get another out to me. Jeff work your magic.

Barry, honestly I didn't speak with you until either Friday or Saturday morning towards the end and I was able to get the transmission shipped and provide you with a $150.00 credit. We also threw in a transmission cooler for you so the vehicle will stay cool and last 3-4 times longer. We appreciate your business and I personally am a sincere genuine person that just truly wants to help our customers. i helped to build this business and care about it. Also, I care about the customers as well. We continue to keep our prices low and quality high because we don't believe in price gouging customers like some of our customers. Because of that our business flourishes, and over 96% of our customers are truly 100% satisfied and reviews reflect that. We have a competitor in florida who hides behind the name of Street smart and is really Engine and Transmission center that is negatively posting against us using our name to get customers like yourself to read and write these reviews first time there is a problem. We have initiated a defamation lawsuit against them because they are not being honest that over 60,000 transmissions we have put on the road to date and our company is hugely successful. I am glad we were able to work thins out with you.

Took 6 weeks to receive my transmission, took multiple calls from me to them for any information,I received a giant sob story about this and that every time I called. Received transmission....it was damaged. The pan that was laid on the pallet was dented previous to the rebiuld. A vital mount was helicoiled in the wrong place and JB welded over the original hole and then the whole unit was painted. The cast exhaust mount is broken off the unit. I had to call customer service for my torque converter. Overall a bad experience. My mechanic installed it and laughed! It seems like it got new front and rear seals and a horrible paint job. Hopefully this company will honor a warranty claim that is almost guaranteed!

Not sure who Tonto jones is there is no record of a Tonto Jones. Please call us or email us as to who the actual person on the order is or if it is even a real order so we can help you out. We never just paint a unit. We encourage all customers to drop the pan to inspect the products internally integrity and cleanliness. Also we don't send a pan damaged, I can send video proof of our internal remanufacturing process on a daily basis which is very detailed and quality management system controlled. I look forward to rectifying your situation if this is really a customer.
