Christmas gift never arrived despite paid express shipping I purchased a watch from Atomishine at the end of November, specifically as a Christmas gift, and I also paid extra for express shipping to ensure it would arrive on time. Unfortunately, the watch has still not arrived and today is Christmas. This left me in a very uncomfortable position, with nothing to give as a gift. While I understand that delays can happen, especially during the holiday season, what I find unacceptable is the lack of clear communication and proactive updates, particularly considering the additional fee paid for fast delivery. No realistic delivery timeline was provided, and I had to chase information myself. When customers pay extra for express shipping, they reasonably expect reliability, transparency, and priority handling. In this case, none of that was delivered. Very disappointing experience

I ordered two watches from Atomi Shine, a diver for me and a ladies watch; the first arrived quickly . . . still waiting on the second (though it was ordered first by about a week). I've received no updates on shipping, so i'll need to contact them now. As to the diver, I'm pleased with it! very good quality, movement is smooth, bezel action is satisfactory, good bracelet and easily adjusted. As to other folks' bad experiences, I'm saddened to hear; I'm sure it is very frustrating. For me, though, my experience - so far - has been good. Not great, but good. I'm not certain just yet whether to recommend, but perhaps that will change based on the response i get to my inquiry.

Jesus christ. Save yourself the trouble and headache from purchasing from this company. Cheap products. Terrible service. Completely impossible to return. This company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Shipping took about three weeks, but they kept me updated the whole time. When it arrived, it was in perfect condition. No complaints.
