There was a tiny scratch on the backplate when I first opened it. I reached out and they immediately sent me a new one and covered return shipping. Mistakes happen, but how they handle them is what matters—and they nailed it.

Nice piece, really well finished. And the Seiko movement I’m sure will be very satisfying and lasting. Love the watch.

Great watch, beautiful dial, fast ship, overall a great experience

Watch dial was much lower resolution than on website. Materials are lightweight and very cheap feeling. Tiny screwdriver they provide to resize the bracelet is all but useless. Very dissatisfied with all aspects of this watch. Update: It took you a YEAR to respond. Your customer service is worse than your products.
