My latest order never arrived and no venue to find out what is the status nor the reason

Original design and good material

I wanted to share my experience regarding a watch I ordered from this company. The watches look very appealing in the photos, and I was genuinely excited to receive mine. I would have loved to provide feedback about the product quality. Unfortunately, I never received the watch. The carrier selected by Atomishine left the package in a mailbox as if it were a low-value item, which resulted in the parcel being lost or stolen. What is most disappointing is that there appears to be no effective support or resolution offered by this company regarding this situation. As a result, I am now $200 out of pocket with no product received. I would simply advise you to consider the risk carefully before ordering if losing $200 without recourse would be an issue foryou.

The order took quite a lot longer than I expected. I would have choosen a black watch face (than white) but I didn't because I could not see the logo against this background color. Overall, I liked the watch but would like to try a black watch face next time for our company orders.
