I was a bit worried at first about whether the order would arrive safely. However, I was impressed by the quick responses and how they immediately notified me about my missing Personal Customs Clearance Code. After updating it, the tracking updates were fast and the delivery arrived exactly on time. Great service!

Bardzo ładnie i solidnie wykonany zegarek. Jedynie kolor bransoletki różni się trochę od koloru koperty.

Hi, I have checked your order based on the information you provided. Your order was created on February 20th and was shipped on February 24th. Due to the impact of the war, your package was held at the port for approximately 15 days. Once logistics operations resumed, it was delivered within 3 days. We sincerely apologize for the delay caused by these unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Best regards, ATOMISHINE Customer Service
