it was very easy to get through the whole purchasing process. this is something that often times is a bit of a hassle at some sites. so the rating of five stars is just for my experience so far. now I will see if this company lives up to their word and delivers on time.

The $22 rate for ground shipping took 5 days. Seems like for the price one could in shipping have at least spent $3 for USPS Priority Mail. But instead you opted for the Pony Express leaving me repeatedly checking my mail Jonesing for my package. WHAT THE ACTUAL **** are you tools doing??? I could have gone to a local vape store for my purchase and made out like a bandit - there was no actual advantage. BTW I do like my device! But the business end of your operation requires one less bong toke. Just sayin, yo.
