Hello, Yes, as we believe you may think the shipping is outrageous, and as stated over the phone that is the only option provided by the mail carrier as mail carriers are limiting shipping vape products. Hi Tom, We're sorry you feel this way as you and I have been communicating to try and resolve the issue. I want you to keep in mind that our device is not like other vaporizers, our devices are turned on different, heated differently, and temp control is different. It's also to be charged on any slow charging ports. All of these pieces of information are in every one of our user manuals and that's information I was providing you through our back-and-forth emails. All emails are handled in a timely manner. We sent you a return label and ask all items including free gifts are returned. Once we receive the return in good condition we will be more than happy to provide you with a refund. Thank you :)

Oh no, we're so sorry to hear you feel this way. We take more than pride in our devices and products, we also try our best to make all our customers happy. The specific items you've told me were missing are not included with the device you purchased. Please look over the website and see the difference between what's included with the Junior Bundle Green Camo and the Dry Herb Bundle Green (We also sent the information via email) We also tried to contact you via phone numerous times over the weeks of chatting via email. We still want to make sure you understand we care and we've been trying our best to make your experience with us amazing.
