Hi Carrie, We're sorry you feel this way as you contacted us 03/28 in regards to a return for a device you purchased on the 14th of March we responded the following business day and asked for an order number related to the devices you wanted a refund for, we also contacted you as you did leave your phone number in your email and there was no response. Please keep in mind as a company that deals with devices we have to follow proper protocol and go through trouble-shooting tips as it's plenty of times customers will use their device wrong as some of our vapes are a bit more techy. We also just tried to contact you today (04/04) and you stated you didn't want any help and hung up. Regardless of all we are always here to assist all of our customers and we appreciate all support so please contact us via phone if any assisatnce is needed.
