The service woman who answered the phone seemed quite friendly and knowledgeable, and so far, for about 3 weeks the rotors look and perform grat.

Not only did they take over 48 hours to process my order, when they promise 24, they shipped late and shipped the completely different parts. I order Rotors and brake pads for a Range Rover and received part for a honda accord. I tried calling them and it took 17 calls to get someone on the phone. The only way I could get them was pressing every single extension in their directory, luckily I speak spanish because that is the only line they answered. Do not do business with this company, it's not worth the headache.

The service and shipping was excellent.I had a question about the product which was promptly answered by a courteous salesperson.I would recommend this company to anyone.
