nice people, not so good product!
The customer service is great, but the rotors I ordered are not "true" and I can really feel it at high way speeds. When I lightly brake it feels like the cars going to shake apart.

We are really sorry to hear that, and we assure you that you do have a quality product. It sounds like your pads and rotors are glazed and can be fixed by following the installation instructions we sent with the product. You can tell the rotors and pads are glazed by looking at your rotors, and if they have a mirror finish than that is the problem. You will need to be more aggressive than the instructions tell you, because first you will have to remove the glaze, and then you will have to get them seated properly.
