Great customer service, not so good parts.
I ordered some drilled/slotted rotors for my Altima Coupe. They came quickly, but after install (following the instructions exactly) I was getting alot of pulsation in the front brakes. I spoke with their customer service and had a positive experience. They took my front rotors back and sent two new ones. Again with a very quick ship. Unfortunately, the new rotors are also giving me pulsation, though not as bad it's still an annoyance. I'm just going to deal,with it though cause I don't want to go through the return process again.
