We are terribly sorry that you are disappointed with the shipping. We know that our customers want what they paid for ASAP. In fact, we know that most of them actually wanted it the day, or even the week, before they paid for it. We work very hard trying to please everyone, but unfortunately every once in a while, life happens and we do not get them out as quickly as we would like. We were able to get these rotors ready to ship the day after ordering, up until someone in the shipping department detected a defect on one of the brake rotors once they took it out of the original box. It was not up to the standards we demand for our customers, so we had to order another rotor to fulfill your order. We understand you do not believe us, but this is the truth. We always try to ship everything out immediately, as you can see from most of our customers feedback. However, due to the fact that we know that in life things can happen, we state in our shipping policy that typically all orders ship out in 3-5 working days, weekends and holidays are excluded. Once again we sincerely apologize for the delay.

Again, we sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. You first told us your pads didn’t fit. After researching, we discovered that you purchased both the wrong rotors and the wrong pads. Your car came factory equipped with vented front discs which are a much thicker rotor, and you purchased solid front disc rotors which are very thin. A quick comparison of what you took off, with what you just received would have revealed the drastic difference. We previously explained that this created a very dangerous situation, having so much distance between the rotors and the pads, that the pads were not able to be squeezed down enough to even touch the rotors. We also told you to remove them immediately, and do not drive the car again until the correct parts were installed. Normally we have no problem facilitating an exchange, but unfortunately, we do not sell used parts, so we’re unable to exchange these now used rotors, for the correct new ones. We told you which were the correct parts, and we do stock them. If you decide not to purchase them from us, that is fine, however, for your safety and the safety of others, purchase them somewhere, and park your car until the correct rotors and pads are installed.

We are really sorry for this unfortunate situation. As it is stated inside the listing you purchased, the rotors only fit the 2009-2013 Nissan Maxima vehicles. We received the order, processed it, and shipped out the parts that were ordered. There is no way for us to know what vehicle our customers are purchasing their brakes for, or that you really needed them for a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am. If the error is ours, we have no problem providing a return shipping label and processing a full refund or an exchange. We always try to work with our customers to get them what they need. According to our return policy, if a customer orders incorrectly they are liable for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, which usually doesn’t even cover our original shipping fee.

We wrap our rotors individually and tape them together to protect them during transit. Once they are in the box, it looks like it is only one piece. The rotors have to be pulled out of the box, unwrapped and taken apart. We are glad to hear you did discover both brake rotors were in the box after all. We are terribly sorry for the disappointment, as we pride ourselves on our customer service. From order placement to delivery, it was 6 days total, the first 2 of which were over the weekend when we were closed. So 4 business days, from order to delivery, for a product that is custom made when the order is received, was pretty good. We sent the Honda products you ordered, as we had no way of knowing that you really needed parts for a Land Rover. As for the phones, again we are really sorry, it was during our lunch hour, and we would have been happy to return a call if a message would have been left. We are more than willing to work with you to facilitate an exchange for the correct parts.

We apologize for the issue, we offered to re-plate the rotors and ship back the very next day. Customer preferred to purchase another set from us, we deducted the $10 cost of zinc plating for the first set, even though it was only one rotor that was affected. The plating does not affect the performance or integrity of the rotors and it eventually wears off. We also apologize that you feel our customer service is not satisfactory, we pride ourselves on our customer service and It seems your issue was handled the way you requested.
