Bought their service, but could not even download their APP, over 1 hour support to get it done !!!! 2-3 days later a message about new version, update the APP, that not works at all, the links to files etc. is totally wrong ! Then am i told to remove APP and reinstall it, but it can`t be removed by Windows, as the files can`t be found, even in the dicrectories named Atlasvpn etc ! Then i try to install the APP again from their homepage, same sh.. !!!! nothing works, wrong file links etc, It is a total waste of money to pay for their service

To be honest, I still don't know why I got the VPN. Other than protecting me from spying eyes, I'm not sure what it does. But the support team has been very helpful in explaining things to me and solving issues. But the main issue for me still is: Why VPN?
