The app is good. Old Androids may suffer and become slow with the app. Couldn't use it on Windows because it only works on Windows 10 and above. The costumer service on the other hand, they are really great. When I contacted them asking for a refund (refund policy works until 30 days) they asked me a couple of questions about my experience with the app and did the refund immediately with no BS. I was so pleased with the way the handled it that I promised to write a good review for them as a thank you. If I ever wanted a vpn again, Atlas would be my choice just because I know they'll be there for me if I ever needed help with the app.

Had a problem - unable to connect to server. Sam at tech support helped me fix it in a few minutes.

Ich habe bereits ein hohes Alter erreicht, aber dieser Service ist nicht zu toppen. Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Löschung, bzw. mit der Neuinstallation des Programms. Die Hilfe und Unterstützung kam im Minutentakt! Besser geht es nicht! Und auch der Preis ist unschlagbar! Jederzeit wieder, und fünf Sterne sind untertrieben, würde ich gern verdoppeln! D A N K E

I truly felt like I needed the book, "AtlasVPM for Dummies!" I signed up for Atlas VPN, and right away felt lost. Just trying to figure out how to install the app on my Chromebook and I started going nuts. It seems there are never enough instructions for those of us who are seriously tech-challenged. When I started chatting with Sean, I sure didn't know we would be at it for over an hour! I can't tell you technically what we did, but Sean was as patient and courteous as could be. He "held my hand" through every step he gave me to do, and was so patient. Every time I got through one step, I had another question. Sean just kept answering and guiding me along, till we accomplished the setup. When I started to write this, and tried to go back to the chat, I couldn't. I hope you will take this as an honest expression of my extreme satisfaction and pleasure dealing with Sean, to help me get started with Atlas VPN. Unfortunately, I didn't know how, or that I was supposed to, keep documentation to prove my experience. Once I clicked on the link to this site for the review, I could no longer get back to the chat. I am very satisfied and very happy with the help that Sean gave me today. The guidelines for writing a review, however, came too late for me to follow them.

Service is fast and to the point. I had my issue solved within minutes. Nice work overall.
