Super helpful and understanding
The member of your team named Katie, helped me through all my questions. Sadly, AtlasVPN didn't work for me, but Katie was super helpful and even advised the best resolutions. However my issue was related to office wifi, and sadly i had to unsubscribe.

AtlasVPN still charging me despite cancelling my account.
Emailed them to cancel my subscription last month in July. They replied me that they have cancelled my subscription and that I will not be receiving anymore recurring fees. I was furious to receive a notification that my card has been charged for it despite being told by them that I will not be receiving any recurring charges. Extremely disappointed and furious with this. I have emailed them about it but did not receive any reply from them. In case they ask for my ticket number (182218). The previous ticket where they have told me that I will not be receiving anymore recurring fees.(174720) Edit: Problem was resolved with AtlasVPN without any issues. Satisfied with the results.

Not the best for UK tv
Excellent cost of 48 pounds for 3 years on a special offer. Unfortunately after trialling on firestick, Android and apple tablets (from Spain) on the 4 main UK channels, could only get BBC and Channel 4. Could not get ITVX or Channel 5 to work. Good news was that Atlas technical where very proactive and made many suggestions to get VPN to work and paid money back, without question, quickly. In my case, did not work, but was worth trying at the price offered.

What's up with temporary timeouts?
Very good VPN but what are their goals and motives with giving temporary timeouts to free users??? Being a scumbag is no way to sell a premium subscription!!
