Emailed them to cancel my subscription last month in July. They replied me that they have cancelled my subscription and that I will not be receiving anymore recurring fees. I was furious to receive a notification that my card has been charged for it despite being told by them that I will not be receiving any recurring charges. Extremely disappointed and furious with this. I have emailed them about it but did not receive any reply from them. In case they ask for my ticket number (182218). The previous ticket where they have told me that I will not be receiving anymore recurring fees.(174720) Edit: Problem was resolved with AtlasVPN without any issues. Satisfied with the results.
