Security and Privacy Issues
Linux application down because of maintenance. It's funny that the client stated "connected" although it wasn't. Regarding the recent security issues (look at the news), I would never recommend atlasVPN. Go to N***VPN or anything other. In my experience (so far), atlasVPN has few servers and most of them are quite slow. Also it's seems like the client has no safety features and is pretty much hardcoded. In my opinion as a developer (in AI) they do not have a great and experienced developing team. Maybe they shouldn't be stingy with it, regarding the level of privancy the users expect from a VPN.

Horrible incompetent support
I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a company invoice - already tired of opening new tickets about this, I think they got trained monkeys working as support since I can't get a normal answer about when I will get that invoice. Avoid, and use a normal VPN company that has decent support.
