I've been a customer of Atlantic Coast Charters for nearly four years. At that time I was ever so impressed by the customer service, the bus and the buses features. Unfortunately, over time I've had a couple of not so good experience with the previously expected bus accommodations. Needless to say, overall I would give Atlantic Coast Charters a 3.5 star where as before my rating was always a 5 star.

The driver was on time and his knowledge of the area made the trip more enjoyable. The bus was clean and comfortable with plenty space between the seats,

Excellent customer service, from initial calls and emails with Linda to the drivers Barry, Ryan and Dave No question was unanswered, and as long as it was legal.....lol All of our requests were taken care of. Thanks for making our trip a success . Guaranteed we will be booking our trips in the future with Atlantic Coast Charters

The buses arrived on time and the drivers were very friendly and professional. We took a direct route to and from our destination arriving to and from in a timely manner, which not only was appreciated by the teachers and students but also the parents who were at school to pick them up.

We were picked up and dropped off at the cruise port in Baltimore. We had a group of 40 people to and from the port. Both bus drivers were phenomenal, waiting patiently for guests to board the bus, loaded over 50 pieces of luggage, and arrived 15 mins before scheduled. I 100% recommend ACC to anyone. Thank you to the team again. Also special thanks to Melissa for making booking, payment, and instructions easy.
