Great driver, need better discussion of hours of usage of vehicle and for driver.
Great driver, very accommodating. The new federal rules about total driving hours for the vehicle were not adequately explained by management. Booking office did not compare our itinerary with the total hours we wished to utilize the coach on our first day. Because of this, we were unable to accomplish all items that had been planned for our first day.

Solid overall.
While I was not involved in booking this company I can tell you that their service during the trip was good. The bus we used was very nice with power ports to charge electronic devices and a good HVAC system. The company sent two drivers which was nice because our trip was right at their legal limit for one person to be driving. The bus was very clean when we boarded and while the bathroom did run out of supplies on the trip home, it was the only area that was lacking.

I have booked several trips with this…
I have booked several trips with this company for the last 10 years. The drivers are kind and curtious. The price of the bus is better than most companies. I had only 1 diappoiment and it was handled in a professional way, so I was satisfied.I would recommend the company to anyone.
